SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders within 3-7 business days after order confirmation and payment processing. According to the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund or accept the delay.

DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (for international orders), or other factors beyond our control after the package leaves our facility.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please monitor your package using the provided tracking number for delivery updates directly from the carrier.

FINAL SALE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds, except as outlined below and as required by law.

MANDATORY EXCEPTIONS

Despite our final sale policy, we will provide remedies as required by law for:

  • Products that are defective or damaged upon receipt

  • Products that do not substantially match the description

  • Products that do not function as advertised

  • Any other violation of implied warranty of merchantability

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We will not replace orders marked as delivered that are misplaced, stolen, or incorrectly placed at the final destination.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us immediately at marojewelry.ny@gmail.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Registered email

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item

We will evaluate each case and provide a replacement for the same item if applicable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you provide incorrect or incomplete address information, contact us immediately at marojewelry.ny@gmail.com before shipment. We assume no responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

Orders involving proven payment fraud, falsified information, or fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in legal action. We maintain the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious orders.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks initiated after receiving merchandise without first contacting our customer service will be considered potentially fraudulent. We will actively dispute such chargebacks with evidence of delivery and communications.
